Our programs are designed for individuals, couples, families and young people.
During the consultation period, and depending on the selected membership, the professional will conduct a detailed consultation to assess your current levels of activity. This lifestyle consultation will cover both nutritional aspects and physical activity. A monthly review will be held to offer guidance and feedback on the previous month's plan and to prepare for the upcoming month.
Following the intial consultation, your allocated coach will design and tailor an activity/ training program around your needs. The programs can be designed for individuals, couples, families or Youth sports teams.
